Hope someone can help

I am getting married and am wearing a Jenny Packham dress. I have seen some heels i like but they may be too tall. My DP is only 2 or 3 inches taller.

I wouldn't mind some cheaper too!! Although will pay more if i love.

Has anyone seen any nice wedding shoes recently - High st or otherwise

Thanks

Thy company that dyes shoes... Rainbow shoes? Something like that... Anyway, they had lots of low heeled ones when I was looking last year. Insanely overpriced, but you could always dye them afterwards I suppose.

Ive got a Jenny packham dress and rachel Simpson heels funnily enough for my upcoming wedding! DP roughly two inches taller than me. (come to think of it, are you me? Grin )

Go for the heels you love. Unless your DP is half a foot shorter no one will notice you 'staggering' over him.

NEXT have several pages of wedding shoes at pretty good prices?
or Debenhams

NaughtyBusterAndTheBumFactory · 18/04/2012 16:13

Have you been to Elegant Steps in Oxton (Wirral)? They have a HUGE range of shoes in there at all price points and heel heights.

I sell Rachel Simpson shoes, so if you want those ones I will give you a discount - PM me if you do Smile.

Also check out the shoes on BHLDN (part of Anthropologie, I believe) - here.

Hi! Im the same height as my husband (and also extremely clumsy) so wanted wee tiny heels but not flats, and not 'weddingy' shoes as I'd never wear white satiny shoes ever ever ever, especially not on my wedding day!
So I got mini magic by Irregular Choice (in purple, but ended up getting the silver ones). Irregular Choice are amazing always. :o

civilfawlty · 18/04/2012 19:09

What size are you? I'm about to sell my gorgeous vintage style wedding shoes. Could link if you want?

TheUniversalsHere · 18/04/2012 20:14

I love the style of the BHDLDN shoes - had a sapphire blue d'orsay pair for my wedding which were so comfy. Wrapped up in their box for their next outing. Not cheap though, with postage and customs charge - but pretty unique.

Next have good - and comfy - wedding shoes - a good Jimmy Choo dupe too. Schuh and Office might be worth a look too. Oh, and I like Kirt Geiger for special shoes - and they are usually pretty comfy.

Im wearing "weddington boots" because I would undoubtedly fall on my face in proper wedding shoes...and also be taller than dp.

absentmindeddooooodles · 13/09/2013 14:26
