Lovely bruised legs

I am going to a wedding soon and want to wear a dress with bare legs as tights are not very 'Spring'. I am pale skinned bruise very easily and am quite clumsy. Pretty dress with bruised shins is not a great look. Does anyone have tips for avoiding this? Can arnica tablets work?

I don't know much about arnica, but I'd suggest you get yourself a plan b in case you whack yourself with something heavy just before the wedding. Mac sell body make-up that's designed for stuff like this, might be good if you're planning to get your legs out more over the summer. You could also fake tan (although I suspect you like your skin tone, just not the bruising!), or wear illusion tights a là KMiddy. I hope the arnica works out though!

Arnica cream is very good at minimising damage from bruises.

There is a recent thread about bare looking tights, I think the consences was if you get the right ones they look even better than bare legs.
Vitamin C helps with blood vessel fragility, and also rutin can help strengthen veins too (highest source is in buckwheat).
