Non sparkly bronzer/blusher

Hello lovely ladies

Currently sat on a train to London town, feeling grumpy and probably looking worse, this early commute is not good for the soul!

Thought I'd get my S&B fix!

I'm after recommendations for a non sparkly bronzer or blusher. I'm medium to olive skinned. Tan easily but have a tendency to look a little yellow without make up in the winter and I have dark brown hair. Currently using benefit Dallas but it's running out and I'm no longer feeling the love!

Anyone?

I slap on too much use Bare Minerals Warmth. Non sparkly, good shading, long lasting.

But be warned, it's a loose powder and a little goes a long long long long way!

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil is my fav. Really lovely tone and silky texture

I have similar colouring and swear by Nars Laguna. Best I've ever used (& I've tried loads) - its really easy to build up so I use one swipe in winter and put lots on in summer when I'm tanned.

Bourjois is my favourite -I think it comes in 3 or 4 shades so you can use different ones at different times of the year. (and once you've found the shades you like, there are a lot of ebay sellers who sell it a lot more cheaply than in the shops)

Thank you all, I shall investigate later

I love Benefit Hoola (bronzer) and Dandelion (blusher). Think both non-sparkly.

I just bought one from Body Shop which isn't sparkly. And they always have special offers - was on 3 for 2 across all make up and skin care when I got mine. Think there were 3 shades.

Guerlain is fantastic - no sparkle and lovely natural shade.

Another vote for Bourjois - the one I use is in the "Hale" colourway and I find it really good - not at all sparkly and you can build it up for a deeper colour or just one quick sweep with a big brush for a natural glow!

Am sure I read somewhere that Guerlain also do a bronzer for men which is non sparkly. Shuddering at thought of DH using bronzer.

MsNorbury · 18/04/2012 18:41

Nars lauguna. Or guerlain

myalias · 18/04/2012 18:45

Another heads up for Bourjois

Clinique blushing blush is none sparkly and really good.
