ANOTHER dress needed!!

Help! (right, I have to post and run because our heating's not working and I need to go to warm bed! But please help!)

I need a dress for a night out in a couple of weeks - dress code "lounge suit" - so pretty flexible.

I'm a size 18, 5ft 9 ish, not bad legs but fat tummy, OK boobs. I don't really do bright colours - but then again did wear a red dress to same event last year, so could be persuaded. Budget- not more than £100. Please please help - everything in my wardrobe is too small or over worn! Oh - and I'll probably need shoes too.....

My stand by is Phase 8 and fishnets with an expensive wrap if the dress is sleeveless - luckily we have an outlet store near us. I'm a similar size/height. I like their stuff because there is often draping over tummy.
