help me with my holiday wardrobe please.

We're going to Cyrus for a week soon and I have absolutely no clothes to take. I'm going shopping Saturday and have no idea what I want.

I'm not too bothered about the day time, I dont plan on moving to far from the beach tbh.

I was thinking maybe a few casual dresses and some nice tops for the evenings? what to wear on my legs though? not sure I can get away with shorts.

any suggestions?

Ooh how exciting and I've just been thinking about this very thing myself, for IF I ever get a holiday booked!

I wear a bikini with shorts in the day and a silk scarf or sarong tied as a top, or just a cami.

If I go out 'sightseeing' in the day, I like short sleeveless cotton dresses (although I need some new ones and haven't sent found any). Last time I went, the one I got most use out of was a v plain black Topshop cotton jersey one.

In the evenings I wear cotton or silk dresses, or cotton or silk skirts with a cami.

Flip flops for slobbing and slightly prettier sandals for evening (I never bother with heels) plus something a bit sturdier for climbing the obligatory big hill etc.

Would you contemplate a maxi dress for evenings?

I have a few maxi's already so I may take them if I really can't find anything else.

My plan for this evening is to do a bit of shopping online once the dc are asleep.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to get away with a bikini this year. Dd2 was born a year ago but I just cannot shift this huge tummy I have :(
