Haven't bought anything from Lush in ages but I'm thinking about getting that Curly Wurly shampoo.

What else is good?

I have tried some of their face scrubs, I didn't like any of them, they gave Me spots, but I'm sure they have other nice stuff, it might have just been My sensitive skin.

We love their Honey I Shrunk The Kids soap, it's gorgeous!

lololizzy · 16/04/2012 19:16

it really depends on your needs, skin type, hair type etc...
for me, I can't live without -
Hair Doctor (because I get dermatitis on my hair line and this is the only thing that's ever worked)
Grass shower gel because smells so green and fresh (even do hand washing in it - smell lingers) and makes me feel really happy (probably the happy-making bergomot oil in it)
I Love Juicy or Rehab shampoos because i have quite oily hair but still want it to be shiny and not stripped too death when the oil is removed
Aqua Marina - as I have quite oily skin and it leaves my face super soft and a bit less oily (but not at all dry)
Big Blue - because it is the most awesome smell ever and I wish they'd make a perfume spray of it!

lololizzy · 16/04/2012 19:17

oh and Ginger perfume , that I've used since the 1980s, when they were called Cosmetics To Go - but it still smells exactly the same - and is my trademark, really!

I love the massage bars, like soap but use on dry skin as feels oil when it goes on. I have the honey and strawberry ones. The bubble bars are fab and learning that a little goes a long way after chucking a whole one into the bars (like a bath bomb) and the bubbles erupted, but smelt amazing.

Cartoonjane · 16/04/2012 19:41

I love angels on bare skin which is a sort of cleanser/ scrub.

Wolfiefan · 16/04/2012 19:42

New skin conditioner with Argan oil
Solid face serum
The sacred truth
Christmas time snowcake soap
Rockstar soap
Big shampoo
American Cream conditioner
But then I am an addict.....

lololizzy · 16/04/2012 19:44

Angels' is fantastic for that 'new skin' feel too!

Dawndonna · 16/04/2012 20:42

Karma Soap.
Orange Blossom stick perfume.

brighthair · 16/04/2012 21:59

9-5 cleanser - has orchid oil and is really calming and quick to use
Eau Roma toner
Twilight bath bomb for relaxing, Avobath for waking up
Dirty shower gel for after the gym or hot days

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 16/04/2012 22:17

My Lush shopping list

Aqua Marina and Angels on Bare Skin cleansers in the shower on alternate mornings
Ultrabland for make up removal
Eau Roma toner
Full of Grace solid serum bar
Oatifix mask
Ultrabalm kept in my handbag for chapped lips, any bits of dry skin, cuticle rub, DCs chapped lips etc
British Nanny day cream (very £££,I'm eking out a free sample)
Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds bath bubble bar
Helping Hands hand cream

My skin is sensitive and combination.

lololizzy · 16/04/2012 23:14

Ladyboy because it's so gorgeous and unusual

HepHep · 16/04/2012 23:17

B Scent perfume (have to order online, can get teeny sizes for about £3 though and they last a while)

Bohemian soap, it smells of real fresh lemons and is amaaaaaazing

Smaragdine liquid bubble bath from the Retro section of the website, pricey but unbelievably good, like bathing in soft sexy forests.

Ultrabland cleanser. Megatastic.

British Nanny moisturiser, my GF swears by it and is a recent convert.

Tisty Tosty bath bomb or Amandopondo Bubble Bar (if you prefer bubbles) both smell of roses and other stuff and have rosebuds in, both are amazing.

Honey I washed the kids soap, yes yes yes.

Buffy the backside slayer exfoliating shower massage bar.

Lemony Flutter cuticle butter is nice, if they still do it.

Oh God I want to go and spend lots of money in Lush... Shock Grin

BettyNoir · 17/04/2012 07:33

Thanks! I am compiling a huge shopping list now. I used to work really near Lush and bought stuff there all the time. I might be falling back in love with them.

Hi Betty,

I used to buy the curly wurly shampoo and it was great. I only stopped buying iy because the lovely, but very strong, smell made me sick. I am sensitive to strong smells and easily get a headache.
