Loccitane soap

I quite like loccitane, eventhough imo it's quite expensive, anyway used this soap the other day and it's disgusting, it smells fishy, it's the bonne marselle pure vegetable soap. I think the spelling is wrong, it's a brown coloured bar. Can anyone recommend a nice brand, not expensive, well cheaper than loccitane but as nice, I love shea butter and almond. Thanks.

I love L'Occitane Soap, but in our hard water it doesn't last long. I bought a honey and orange (I think) one as part of a set. But it was a long rectangle rather than the square shape, so it snapped when it got thin.
But I've taken a bar of Shea Milk on holiday (soft water ) and after a week, the embossed writing was still visible.
I only buy L'Occitane from QVC ,they have good deals. And I love the Cinnamon Orange soap (Christmas in a bar) Wink

What about Body Shop soap. Much better pricewise.

And have you got a TKMaxx or HomeSense?

They do lovely bars of soap, beautifully wrapped (shame to open them really) for about £5 for a massive bar.
I've not tried them but I go in and sniff them.

Thanks 70 no I haven't tried TKmaxx or Homesense. I do love loccitane, but that soap was horrible, I love the shea butter and rose soap tho.
