Im super pale and pink toned and quite oily. I'm looking for my hg foundation. Anyone With the same skin type found one? All foundations are too yellow, dark and greasy. Seem to rub off in about an hour. I've been using loreal true match and no 7 lift and laminate because the colour is ok on them but they are greasy and don't last long :(

You could just have described my skin, and I get on well with Clinique Superbalanced in Alabaster. Not cheap but a little goes a long way IME.

Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation. Stays on really well on my oily skin. Palest shade is white and goes up gradually from there in 3 different tones, pink, neutral and yellow. Great coverage without being heavy looking. A little goes a long way.

Try Bobbi Brown. I use Porcelain and that's not thier palest shade.

Personally I find all Clinique shades too dark now as they have discontinued the ones I used.

Get thyself primer, I use Smashbox but Mac also very good. Looks expensive but a tiny bottle goes a loooong way. I too have pale oily skin that things slide off, but a layer of primer before foundation means I genuinely look as fresh near the end of the day as at the start.

Mac do a very good pale-girl foundation.

Lancome do brilliantly pale (and pink toned as opposed to sallow yellow) foundations.

And for el cheapo try Bourjois - their healthy mix serum is very good.

I have also heard good things about dainty doll

Milk bottles have more colour than me tbh Grin I use Lancôme Teint Idole in porcelain with the bare minerals primer underneath as my forehead is v prone to oiliness Blush

You can get a really pale one in Nars. Try the sheer matte foundation if you have oily skin. I am pale and pink toned and I use mont blanc in Nars. If that's too dark, there is another shade even paler which is almost white!

Estee Lauder palest shades are also good IME and Double Wear stays on all day with no shininess or greasiness for me. Also recommend using a good primer - I second Smashbox.

yy to Bobbi Brown - this range is really good for pinky pales.
i use Skin foundation in Porcelein, but there is a paler shade than that.

Thank you :) I'm quite skint so I'll probably try the bourjois one. I didn't realise that did pale 'uns. Wish I were rich enough for the nicer ones, they do have many more colour options and formulations for different skin types! I do use a primer, it's a rimmel one, it's ok but does not reduce the oil that much, might need to find a new one.
