Solutions for a spotty back? urgh!

I previously had really good skin on my back but since last summer when I was working outside a lot and using a lot of suncream I've developed a spotty back that just won't go away. Any solutions? I have oily skin but no acne on my face. I'm 34 for goodness sake.

Mine gets spotty as I spend a lot of time in the gym in a damp sports bra (ick) and the only thing I've found to fix it is sudocreme. I apply daily when it flares up and then every third day to keep it at bay, then I forget a couple of times and start the cycle again...
