Smart summer work shoes

Could someone reccommend some smart work shoes? I have absolutely no idea what to do. I am tall, so can't wear too big a heel. I like this type of thing but see previous comment.
I'd like dark brown, wedges if possible. Any suggestions gratefully recieved!

M&s had some nice nude wedges I bought for summer, for work the rules tend to be sling backs rather than peep toes in my experience I find it really hard to dress smartly for work for those few days of summer we get.
