I ve always had little goose pimple like bumps on my knees, thighs, bottom and back of arms. I just thought it was my skin but I now realise its something called Keratosis Pilaris.Confused

Been doing a search on MN as to what will improve it and alot of people say the footcream Flexitol. I really dont want to smother myself in flexitol twice a day its sticky and smelly enough on my feet.

Has anyone found anything else succesful ? I also have cellulite, so if anything 'doubles up for that too' i might not have to wear leggings with all dresses in the summer

Nothing I know clears up cellulite except diet and that doesn't necessarily make any difference to it. All the expensive creams make no difference at all. You just end up poorer and lumpy. Maybe eventually lasering will help?
A bit of fake tan will make it look better though and a heap of acceptance. Almost everyone has it.
I'd say If flexitol works for kp then use it, basically just another type of moisturiser

Body brushing is good for bumpy skin and cellulite.

My diet will be getting improved after the Easter holidays, i drink far too much booze , need to cut that down. I do exercise though, and am always on my feet. Thanks for the line on acceptance Perry - it's right isnt it.

Will buy a new body brush Dexter- mine has seen better days. If you know of any good ones let me know- otherwise i will pick one up in Boots or TK Maxx.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this for KP (found it on a previous thread , but no one reported back on whether it worked)www.totalpharmacy.co.uk/salicylic-acid-ointment-450g-p-3503.html

My baby (aged 1) has it on her fat little bottom
In darker moments I wonder if it's hereditary haha.....
However she has only ever eaten healthily never had caffeine or booze etc so I'm not sure about that either.

Remember always Kate Moss has cellulite. If a cream cured it she wouldn't
