I ordered a dress last week and it was to be delivered to a local shop to save delivery charges. I duly receive an email saying that the item is there, I go to collect it, the shop tell me it's not even though I can see on the site tracker that it was definitely delivered there. 'Perhaps they've handed it back by mistake'. I contact Collect + by e mail twice yesterday, no response. I call Very today hold for 10 minutes then I am cut off. I call again this afternoon to be told they will pass it on to their investigation team who will take 5 working days to investigate. I tell him I do not think that is soon enough, he gives me a number to contact which I do, they tell me it's the wrong number and give me another number. I call this other number who tell me that it'll 'probably end up back with Very' and to call them back. I do this again and they tell me that the investigation team will need a copy of my signature to prove that the signature they have (from the shop) does not match mine. So now I have no dress for my event at the weekend and they have my money.
