Aaaaagh! Crest Whitestrips....

I used them this morning and my face aches so much I want to cry! I've used them before and had a little bit of sensitivity but nothing like this. My head is actually throbbing .

Anyone else had this?

Not with those, but with other whitening paste. I found if I used Sensodyne toothpaste for a few days, then the sensitivity calmed down and I could then carry on whitening.

Re. the whire stripes Is it worth it ? Does it make much difference ?

Sensodyne! Yes! I used to use it all the time but have stopped because I sometimes feel like it isn't getting my teeth as clean, iykwim. I'll try using that for a while and then maybe try the strips again.

colette--I find they make a huge difference. I have (very expensive) custom whitening trays from my dentist but found that they don't work as well as the whitestrips.

I really like my morning coffee and a glass of red wine now and again so I try to whiten after every 6 month cleaning.
