bra help, sizing problem

I always measure as a 32D. Prob is, my boobs have no 'filling' but they are wide, therefore, the cups are half-empty.

If I try a 32C or 34C, the cups dig in to my breast tissue (not wide enough).

I have tried a 30DD, the cups are perfect but the back too tight so I have to use bra extenders.

Also, even tho 32D is my proper size, I get terrible migraines and my body swells, so I often have to put on a bra extender as it feels so uncomfy.

I guess there's no answer to this is there? Any ideas most welcome. I usually buy M+S but any suggestions of other makes would be great. Thx.

I would suggest a trip to maybe John Lewis or Debenhams - somewhere that stocks a good range of bras. If you think you are probably over a D cup, then Bravissimo is definitely worth a go. I would say you basically need to try a range of bras, as different manufacturers seems to have a slightly different shape of underwire.

For example, I can't wear panache - I find the wires are too "u" shaped - they're too deep and narrow. I think I am probably quite a similar shape to you - half my boobs seem to be under my arms, and they don't look nearly as big as they actually are as a result. I find Freya and Bravissimo's own brand bras suit me.

Hi - I have just recommended the Calvin Klein Customized Lift on another thread. I have a small back 28/30 with a bust which needs help in all sorts of ways! "Empty" doesn't begin to describe my bust - two used tea bags? That's me! These bras have a decent cup size which go back quite a long way so should contain you comfortably whilst giving you a nice shape where one may be lacking naturally!
