Long lasting lipstick that actually lasts long?

I'm a devotee of ridiculously gaudy bright lipstick. Since having DS haven't really been able to, as I kiss him too much he's always got his hands in my mouth, or is scratching my face. I've tried a few stains and allegedly kiss-proof lippies, but they tend to rub off in the middle very quickly so I then look like I'm wearing magenta lipliner - not a good look!

Any reccomendations?

Coloursport lipstains (that are actual lipsticks)...they stay on me all day, but I put Vaseline over the top so my lips don't dry out (the Vaseline doesn't remove the stain) you can get them in some chemists or on eBay etc

The MAC Pro Longwear ones last very well and come in great colours, but they are not transfer resistant so can still be smudged by little fingers.

The no 7 one seems to last all day and i have 3 little ones demanding kisses on bumps and scrapes all day!

The Max factor lip pens are brilliant, they last for ages. They are a matt stain, but I often glam them up with some clear balm (or blistex roll on!) over the top which makes them super glossy

The maybelline one that is a copy of max factor lipfinity is great. I got the bright red for a works evening and it lasted through dinner and through til 4 in the morning! It was on offer in boots at about 6.99 but normal price was only 8.99. Much cheaper than lipfinity and didn't dry my lips. Btw I think the secret is to get it on quick and not too thick.

I use MAC Pro Longwear, Maybelline (but need to apply the top coat more than once), Revlon (partic good IMO) and previously used L'Oreal but find them very expensive now. I use the MAC for when out in the evenings as its £16 or £17 now and the others for daywear.

I wear lipstick everyday and have done since I was about 14(now 27), but as a result, unfortunately I have very dry lips, which are always cracking and i'm always picking them............I know, very attractiveGrin I have yet to find a lipstick which is long lasting and moisturising. Also, I wear quite unusual shades like dusky plumy browns. I really envy any woman who can get away with red.

I know a brand that really lasts is No7, but once again I found it very drying. If you don't have that problem particuarly though, I'd suggest you try that brand. Very good value i'd say. Ooooo, have you tried lipcote? It's a lipstick sealer. It wouldn't really work over a glossy lipstick, but it definitely works with lipsticks which aren't too greasy.
