Skincare for 10 year old?

My DD1 is 10 and have noticed some blackheads/spots around her nose. (hormonal) Please can i have recommendations for gentle skincare for my baby TIA

Thanks 70, that is just what i have shown her how to use! I will share with her for now.

Ds is the same and same age - just using the muslin cloths and washing thoroughly seems to have helped loads with black heads.
