Your opinion on this daytime dress and what do I do with my kegs?!?

I really love this dress and it's much nicer in to but I wouldn't wear it with bare legs. What is better for summer tights or leggings? If you were wearing this dress how would you style it?

Oh my word!! I mean legs, what do I do with my legs!!!!!

I really like that dress and have been eyeing it up for a while. I personally would do bare legs for the summer - I don't think tights would work. Leggings might though, maybe a dark grey pair? Or dark footless tights?

Capri-length leggings?
