Anyone order cosmetics from Strawberrynet?

I am dubious as to whether the products are genuine. I had an Estée Lauder face powder a while back but ended up throwing it away as it didn't seem right. I just received a mascara & it is dry. I have emailed them so I don't know if I will get a refund or a replacement. I was going to order some perfume but don't know whether to risk it now.

I've never had problems with them. But ask for a refund as you've had two bad buys now

I bought perfume from them and I got skinned with a hefty customs tax bill. They are a warehouse and they also sell discontnued lines, therefore their stock is likely to be old.
