Need a dress

Need help finding a party/smart but not officy dress please.

Needs to have sleeves and def not above the knee. Not fussed on colour really. Am 45, 5'2, large of norkage. Oh and needs to be cheap, nothing over £40 as funds pretty tight.

Would this be any good? I know I said needs to have sleeves but I was thinking I could get some kind of cover up? And I'm desperate!!

I think that's very pretty. I'm wondering if I could shamelessly copy and wear to a summer wedding. Seems a bargain price too.
