dry eyelids

I have really dry flakey skin on my eyelids ....what can I use??

Is it sore at all? If so maybe see your GP and they'll probably prescribe something to clear it up. I had it before in the past and it was really uncomfortable.

Do you wear eyeshadow? If so could be an allergy to that.

I had this a while after I started using eye drops. I was given hydroquartazone (forgive spelling!) to put on every morning and night and it went quickly.

I recently tried to change my eye makeup remover and had dry flakey sore eyelids,so stopped using the offending product and reverted to an oil based remover and usual eye moisturiser,vitE one from boots cheapy range.

ohh ive been using fragrabce free eye remover pads from tesco ....wonder if its that??

I get this regularly as I have eczema, I use Almond oil to remove my make-up and doublebase gel to moisturise my lids, this seems to keep the flakiness at bay.
