if you had literally no clothes that fit you, what would you need for summer? help me write a shopping list

and i need to get this stuff as cheaply as possible

Basic list would be some vest tops/tshirts, shorts or summer skirt, sun dress, pair of light trousers and a couple of light jumpers/cardigans

A couple of dresses (I would allocate more money in my budget, no matter how small, to dresses).

A couple of pairs of cropped trousers in whatever style suits you. Asda have linen ones in loads of colours for e tenner, and I saw some more fitted ones in black and navy that would be good for work or evenings out in New Look.

A selection of tops - no need to spend big money, just get some basic jersey stuff from H&M or Topshop or Dotty P.

A cardi.

Sandals or summer shoes.

I always buy a couple of dresses and a couple pairs of cropped trousers, some cheap tops and that will see me through the summer

Summer handbag, wedges, sunglasses, long gold(ish) necklaces/chains, gold(ish) cuff bracelet.
All can be found vair cheap in topshop, next, H&M at the mo.

1 cotton dress
1 pair full length linen trousers
1 pair cropped 7/8 cotton trousers
1 pair shorts or a knee length skirt
3 vest tops
2 T-shirts
1 long sleeve T-shirt
1 cardigan
1 pair summer sandals
1 pair summer shoes
scarves and jewellery to add interest
Colours that mix and match well are a good idea in a limited wardrobe

ive never thought of a summer handbag before, do you mean more of a cotton/light wieght material?

I got a raffia/leopard one (MUCH nicer than it sounds) from next ... have seen something similar in TK Maxx but it had gone ... hang on, will attempt a link ...
