Killer interview dress needed!

Hi, I need a great dress for an interview next week. I'm 5'9 so ideally want something that is currently classed as "midi", so it sits on the knee. I am rubbish at suits and miles more comfortable in a dress, so am looking for a lovely pencil dress in black, but it needs some sort of sleeve - preferably to the elbow. I love LK Bennett, but a bit out of my price range (and I might not get the job!). Any ideas anyone?
Thanks

HOw about this although depending on how big your boobs are might be too obvious.

or this the teal colour is nice for an interview if it's not too formal

The last one!

Thanks so much - absolutely love the 3rd one you suggested - the draping across the waist is great. And a very good price - thanks so much

Sorry, X-posted. It's at a university so much as I love the last one you suggested, it might not be formal enough. As a really good friend once advised, conform at the interview and wear what you want when you get the job!

this is demure, but not exactly irresistible. I think you might have to go for a trouser or skirt suit if you need it more formal.

No its this

And an absolute bargain.

Oooh - love it! I could do a suit, but I always feel like jackets don't do me any favours. I'm big-ish up top, but smaller hipped, so can feel a bit lumpy on top in a jacket. I feel more comfortable in a fitted dress.

I bought this in the Creme Brulee for an interview last week. Got lots of compliments on how looked. Got the job as well Grin
