It was recommended here and thought I'd try it as it is silicone free unlike Moroccan oil.

You can use it on your hair as a conditioning treatment (apparently best left on over night and then washed off in the morning).
Someone recommended it as a part of OCM, and it's great for that and general moisturising too.
I use it with sugar to make a lip scrub, personally. I've used it as a cuticle oil (inadvertently).
Apparently, Miranda Kerr has 2-3 teaspoons of it per day as part of her beauty regimen. In food, apparently.

It doesn't taste strongly of coconut by the way. I was expecting it to taste like a bounty bar.

I bought a bottle of it from an Indian grocer (do that, it only costs about 80p) and had a spoonful as inspired by the Miranda Kerr shite.

Interesting that it can be used to the OCM.

I also use it in currys.

I cook with it or add it into green tea.

I use it as a moisturiser or put a spoonful in the bath. Its also lovely used as a hair mask overnight.

I have heard it is comodogenic (clogs pores) so it is best not to use it in OCM..

AmberLeaf · 27/03/2012 18:47

It isnt comodogenic.

lots about it here

It has cleared my spotty teenage sons skin up a treat.

Lots about it here on the original thread.

I use it in my hair. It is super-dry so I put it on the ends before a style. I haven't tried it on my skin and might actually.

thanks ladies. am sitting in bed smelling exotic with it slathered on my split ends.
