I wash my hair in the mornings so I can style it for work and I am about to start couch to 5k training after work. I don't want to have to wash my hair twice a day as it takes along time to, is it icky to have a quick shower after training and not wash my hair. How do you all manage exercise and hair washing? If you go to the gym in your lunch time to you go back to work without washing your hair?
