Do you "pamper" yourself?

I'm reading this interesting book that talks about the importance of pampering yourself in some way regularly - having something you do just for yourself to recharge your batteries and give yourself a real treat.

Do you have something like this you do regularly?

For me it's a regular aromatherapy massage.

I treat myself to a gel manicure. It last about 3 weeks so well worth the money. Soon I will be treating my feet to a pedicure too - as sandal weather is approaching.

No I do not but at the age of 41 I really think I should.

I thought pampering was a beauty journalism myth.

I do take hot baths with nice stuff in occasionally. Does that count? I'm pretty sure my regular bikini wax would not count.

What's a gel manicure?

No time for it.

Not really. I do a face mask in the bath and really slather on the body cream, but that's all I need. Pampering means different things to different people.
