Hope that works, always a bit tricky on phone! I found these much better/more supportive than ordinary ballet flats you don't feel every little pebble through the soles

You need davinas next shoes. I bought one pair and am going back for more!

MummyAnnabella · 24/03/2012 17:34

Ps I am not a massive davina fan or next fan but trust me these are what you want.

TheCinnamonGiraffe · 24/03/2012 17:46

I saw those on line MummyAnna, I wondered because of the price if they were too good to be true (the fit flops I tried were £75!), sounds not though...I'm definitely going to give them a go now!

I saw some super-dry ones today, they were very spongy underfoot.

daisyrain · 24/03/2012 17:46

Ive had back & hip pain, & knees would give way occasionaly.
My heels were also really painful after working all day.
I also mostly live in my Converse, so thats probably bad!

I have bought 'Orthoheels' (arch support insoles) from Boots.
They are around £20, but the difference is amazing. I can put them in whatever shoes I wear.
No more pain, well worth it.

*Orthaheel

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 24/03/2012 18:25

I use Orthaheels too, but find they make pump type shoes too tight across the wide part of my foot (wide feet), I have to go up a size and then they are too long, or it makes the shoes too low on the heel and they flap off. So I can only wear them with boots (I must have tried hundreds of pairs on in shops over the years but never found any I can wear them with).

So I am off to investigate some of these suggestions with interest. The orthaheels have given massive improvement in my back problems BTW.
