Does anyone know of any SLS-free shampoos on the High St other than the Naked range in Boots? Can't believe how difficult they are to find!

Holland and Barret do them and BOGOF on all products at the moment. I have given up going natural, my hair was shit after using the Naked range!

Bit more expensive but Liz earle, I think are sls free. Try John Lewis

supernannyisace · 24/03/2012 16:58

does it have to be high st?

I have started using The Green People shampoo -
www.greenpeople.co.uk/aloe-vera-shampoo-200ml.aspx

It seems quite pricey - but is quite a large tube - and you are only meant to use a tiny amount - so I imagine it will last a while. (I hide it from semi-bald husband, and shave headed son though - they can use shower gel ha ha ha)

Never thought of Holland & Barrett, I guess I can order stuff from the web but just thought in this day and age there might be some more in Boots etc? I do quite like Naked but haven't tried anything else to compare it to.

Mmm.. Holland and Barrett do the Dr Organics range of toiletries.

I haven't tried the shampoos - but have used the soaps and deodorants. very nice they are :)

Tresemme naturals is sls free and fab, my eczema on my hands is so much better now I use it.

bamboobutton · 24/03/2012 17:13

i've used 'faith in nature' shampoo's & conditioners. it's lovely stuff but got too expensive for me in the end as i have very thick hair and need to use loads of conditioner in order to get a brush through my hair.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 24/03/2012 17:19

Body Shop Rain Forest Shine is SLS free, not sure if the whole Rain Forest Range is.

The new loreal excellence range that boots have just started stocking is surprisingly SLS free and quite cheap! Have just bought to try myself!

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 24/03/2012 21:22

I love Green people and MOP, quite often find things in TKMAX for good prices too.

anniewoo · 25/03/2012 08:51

Think elaveskincare.com do sls free

CuttlefishDramas · 25/03/2012 11:03

I think it's LOreal Expertise Crazyaccountant that's sulphate free.

Tresemme Naturals is only low sulphate, not sulphate free iirc.
