Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate!

Pagwatch · 24/03/2012 15:06

Exfoliate

And the soap and glory products (which I would never usually use) for legs are great.
The cellulite cream is brilliant. I don't kniw if it helps with cellulite but makes your skin really feels fab and smooth.

Ooh is that all it takes. I thought I'd have to drink gallons of water and shell out loads on expensive creams.

Well drinking water will help Grin
but I have used Declor and Clarins and Estee Lauder on my legs but some soap and glory i picked up in a three for two promotion at boots is the best.

is it keratosis pilaris?

Use a body brush after you have had a shower and then moisturise.

fanjolina · 24/03/2012 18:08

Dinah - have just googled that and I don't think it is, as no redness.

Dexter - thanks for the advice. I've always been bad at body care. Need to start doing it properly now.

Clinique do a great body exfoliator - it's the blue one in the tub. Use that, then moisturise. I like Palms Cocoa Body Cream
