Bit shredded out, what next?

Not sure if this is really a style and beauty question, but have seen a few shred posts here before...so thought there may be some JM experts on here!
I've been doing the shred for about 6 weeks now and really happy with the results. I've found a lot of level 3 too hard to do properly so do a mixture of level 1 and 2 adding weights to the cardio bits. I'd like to get another of her DVDs to mix it up a bit, but don't know which to go for. I'd like one that will just shift the last stubborn wobbles that aren't seeming to go. Can anyone recommend any of her other dvd's? It's not really weight I need to lose as such, just this last stubborn tyre ( albeit much, much smaller tyre thanks to JM ) round my middle.

I am feeling a bit shredded out too, having done the DVD twice through, like you increasing weights and adding weights to the cardio. I haven't seen anything about it on here but I'm tempted to try JM Ripped in 30 next. Apparently it's done in the same 3-2-1 format.

I can recommend Ripped for those who are a bit over it with Shred. I have used it as my next step and have also dipped back into Shred from time to time.

Ripped has 4 levels - first is easier than Shred's level one, and the last is harder! it's good - another quick "fix" and it works.

I've just started Ripped and it's great - lots of new exercises and some muscle groups barely noticed in Shred (like triceps) get a proper workout.

I have heard excellent reports on Ripped in 30. I think it sounds tough!

Like you - I do the 30 Day Shred and yes, you do get good results. I don't lose weight, but do get some cracking muscle definition.

Gets a bit boring though doesn't it?

Bumping for JM suggestions too! I've been doing Shred since January and have lost two dress sizes (although I only use tins of beans as weights and I'm still rubbish at levels 2 and 3).
Interestingly, Shred has helped my endometriosis symptoms dramatically and JM is now my hero. "Don't phone it in"

I'm alternating ripped in 30 with killer buns and thighs at the moment. Both very good!

I am half way through Level 2 of Ripped in 30. Agree Level 1 is fine, but OMG there are some abs exercises in Level 2 that I just cannot do - to the point that I'm not actually feeling like I've had that much of a workout :( Last night I didn't actually break into a sweat doing it & that was unheard of on 30 Day Shred! I have decided I'm going to substitute in some of the Shred abs exercises for the ones I just can't do - am just hoping it's not even worse in Level 3!

I'm not keen at all on JM 30 day shred, it didn't do anything for me. I much prefer zumba.

Thanks everyone, ripped it is for me then. Found a shred thread over on the weightloss bit and they also suggested ripped and also banish fat, boost metabolism so I'm going to try both of those, but I have a feeling ripped will be the new fave. hetaera that's great news about it helping your endometriosis - what an added bonus!
