Hello!

Am delurking to ask for advice! Oh, I am so easily lead - I was reading all about the Mumsnet haircut at the weekend, and decided to do it - it turned out ok! Then I read about Lush henna and did that too. So, what next for my thin, fine hair?

Babyliss big hair? I've read good reviews about this, but I'm a bit frightened - I have visions of my hair getting all caught up in it and ending up in a big knot (memories of me "doing" my mums hair with a barrel brush as a kid and getting it stuck in her hair!). Is it a bit of a faff - my hair is that awful that usually I just wash and leave it - it's not worth the effort and I just tie it back! What about products? I don't normally like putting stuff on my hair, but I'm fed up with this thin, lifeless hair - help!

I've been using a really good product which has thickened my hair and really made a difference..

it's the lee stafford hair growth range, which is often on 3 for 2 at boots. there's a shampoo, conditioner and protein treatment, i started off using it all daily, and now I just use the protein treatment once or twice a week, i had all my hair chopped off in august and couldn't get it tied back, now it is down to my shoulders again and i've been able to tie it up since jan/feb time. definitely been some new hair growth round my hair line and hair feels/looks better, more of it too

I quite like the babyliss big hair - its not difficult to work and you are very unlikely to end up with big knots.

I dry mine with the hairdryer and just use it to style it so takes less than 5 mins.

Whats Lush Henna?
