I have shifted some weight recently- middle aged spred type. Am not overweight but this was straining the old wasit bands a bit.

OH MY GOD, i forgot how nice it is when everything fits. How much better it is when you glimpse yourself nekkid and arent revulsed ;)
why do i let this happen twice a year? :)

It is good, I don't know how much I have lost as I don't own any scales but have gone from a size sixteen to a size twelve since november. I have done mine by doing 30 day shred or other exercise mon-fri and cutting out drink in the week. Also swapped to salad with tasty stuff like a bit of parma ham or prawns and balsamic/olive oil dressing for lunch instead of a sandwich. Also swapped pasta and white rice for brown rice but havent changed what I eat THAT much I dont think. Mostly down to exercise for me, and I feel so much stronger and fitter for it.
Also, the feeling of being able to fit into clothes without feeling like I have to cover up problem areas is brilliant!!

I've lost 44lb since Oct and LOVE IT. I never thought I was interested in fashion but I am when I can fit in anything I like (disclaimer, still got 3 stone to go but all shops sell 14/16 not 22s)

WOW - some of you on here have amazing losses.

I've lost a stone since Christmas (was supposed to be 1.5 stone but I'll keep plodding on) and I feel brilliant - I'm back in my "thin" jeans and I actually stood in the bathroom naked the other day thinking I actually didn't look too bad!

I've had basically a year off from exercise for a certain reason and I let myself indulge and pile on the Ibs so it feels so good now to be fit and healthy again.

It was my birthday this weekend as well as mothers day and I actually went to bed last night feeling sick and full to bursting, I was actually looking forward to getting back to the healthy stuff today and giving my poor body a rest from all the crap!

Hooray to all of you /us. Just brilliant.

I piled on 5 stone in pregnancy, DS is 3mo and I still have 2 stone left to lose, determined to get rid by the summer. I refuse to buy clothes in anything bigger than a 10, so I have motivation! gazes ruefully at size 14 arse

Low-carb the only way IMO, running round with buggy helps but a lovely pack of Bresaeola and mozzarella for lunch will sort me out. Carbs are just stodge and not even tasty.
