Have been taking antiobiotics for the last 3 months, dont see a massive improvement. Currently am not using any cleanser and just using simple moisturiser. Anyone recommend a brand?

Obagi Rosaclear is a good one but only available from a clinic, it comes with an anti biotic cream. The usual things of avoiding spicy foods, alcohol, make up brushes can irritate some people.
Also look at your diet and life style. Plenty of Vit C and omega oils are good for the skin, cut down on caffine and refined foods, plenty of water and sleep all good for the skin.

Dermalogica do an anti redness / ultra calming range which I find really good

La Roche Posay gel cleanser is good, gets mascara off as well. You can get it from Boots. Main thing is only to use oil-free products and always a sunscreen. I use Clinique Superdefense SPF25 moisturiser and then their anti-redness foundation just on my worst bits. Have also been using Estee Lauder Idealist Skintone corrector serum which has been helping with scars. HTH

The OCM has helped my skin loads.

For the OCM, which oil do you suggest?

Almond oil is what I use I found castor oil too harsh.

This is what has worked for me:
-avoiding wine and spicy food.
-cutting down on Diet Coke. i'd put money on that giving up would be a cure.
-2,000mg a day of EPA fish oil. My skin got worse before it got better but this is the thing that's made the most difference.
-the odd dose of probiotics.
-eat less tomatoes for some reason.
-my skincare regime varies. there are no miracle products for rosacea ( at least that I've found)At the moment it's Liz Earle C+P or the No. 7 equivalent for cleanser, dermalogica barrier repair at night and La Poche Posay factor 50 for daytime. working so far.
-clinique anti-redness foundation

Thanks everyone, I will definately try the EPA fish oil. I would love to have skin without the red patches on my cheeks and chin. I think this has all got worse after my 2nd pregnancy. My dic prescribed Tetrasyl, not sure how long I a suppose to be taking that for. I dont eat tomatoes, have 1 cup of coffee a day and now and again drink diet coke. Maybe its the spices (being asian) have curries most nights.
