I recently bought a Braun silk epil and while using it in the shower this morning accidentally got my hair caught in it and it juddered to a halt. I untangled it but now it won't work. I've buggered it haven't I?
Has any other numpty one else done this or know if it can be fixed? Please help - I love it!
