Best leggings?

I had cheapo Primark ones before and they were a bit pants.

I'm looking for good quality, don't fall down, reasonably priced and won't cut the circulation off in my ankles.

Suggestions?

For good, thick, stretchy black or navy leggings that are nice and long and wash well, I don't think you can beat Topshop.

Thanks! I've had TS jeans in the past, and they were quite small, size-wise - are the leggings the same?
