So if you had £100 to spend in House of Fraser what would you buy?

I am, as my grandmother would have said, 'slimming' and am currently a 14-16 ish, down from a large 22 in October. I intend to see if I can for once in my life be a size 10-12 so I don't want to spend a fortune on stuff that will be too big shortly.

However I am going back to work in 4.5 weeks (hoping for another stone...) and need something to wear. I have vouchers.

Work in a creative industry but need to be smart, not suits but definitely to have made an effort.

Am 36, 5'6", decent legs, dont mind baring arms, used to have great norks, alas BF 2 DC means they are passable in a bra (36F). I do buy decent bras, so don't fret about that.

Feeling the love for dresses; living in jeans atm.

Open to any ideas as new shape means I'm not restricted to the sacks stuff I used to wear.

TIA!

A handbag.no matter what your size a handbag always fits.
A wrap dress?

Oooh, well done on your loss so far. I'm in the same position, mid-way from a size 24-6 in December, currently 16-18, hopefully down to a 10 or 12 (not sure what will feel right). I was wearing all my big stuff till last week and I just couldn't take it anymore so I went to Primark and Asda and got cheapy stuff to last tme till I get there! However I work with kids so I don't need to look smart.

I also have £100 vouchers, John Lewis ones my boss got me for Christmas and I intend to save them till I get to goal for a non-food treat! Something I would naver have considered buying like a dress or nice coat.

Sorry, can't answer your original dilema but well done and good luck!

I would root down the back if the sofa for another tenner and buy this:

www.coast-stores.com/IRAH-DRESS/Dresses/coast/fcp-product/2143420479

Looks utterly fab on, is not black and can be worn with natural, black or silver accessories.

Super weight loss. Have a friend who is currently embarking on similar and it's not easy!

I second a great handbag. Then you can keep clothes really simple but still feel great until you reach your goal x
