So I have got some coconut oil for my hair. How do I use it as its thick?
Do I need to heat it up then rub it into my hair? Surely if I use it as it is I wont be able to rub it in properly..

no..........it's actually an ingredient used in loads of cleansers and creams!
You'd have to layer it on continually for that to happen, and plus, why then use products with silicone in them which DO block pores????
the benefit of the organic virgin one is you can also make flapjacks with it :)

Lulumama · 15/03/2012 16:35

ok ! that's good to know..thank you

cook with it too, you say? Is there nothing this oil can't do ; )

MissFoodie · 15/03/2012 16:38

haha well, some people take a spoon of it (app it increases metabolism?), or put over porridge (ugh), don't think I could......
but yes, use instead of butter in flapjacks, v tasty and v healthy :)
