microdermabrasion at Skin clinic - quick question

Do they cleanse your face first before the treatment.

I will be going with a little make up and usually, it's removed before the microdermabrasion. HOwever, when I called today to book an appt, she said this wasn't the case.

A bit confused and I hope it was a receptionist who got it wrong.

Anyone had this treatment at a Skin clinic?

That's a bit strange as a cleanse would need to be done even if you had no makeup on just to remove any traces of moisturiser. It's a good treatment, hope you get the results you want.
