Uniqlo tshirt sizing?

How does the sizing come up - big, small or true. I am 14-16 ( Boden 14 in HM 16 ).... Interested to hear anyone's experience before I order.

I ordered something from them for the first time recently - floral t-shirt - and it was massive! I'm the same size as you and I ordered a 16 to be on the safe side, and I would have fitted a 14, possibly a 12. (But I altered it instead of changing it so I'm not sure)
