Black tie / formal for short dumpy person

any ideas? I have about 6 weeks to find something so not desperate yet!

I am 5ft tall, size 16. Terrible upper arms and lower legs. No waist, wobbly tummy (spanx tame it a little). Dark hair. Eyes are ok, haha!

If you've seen the perfect, miracle dress for such a person, please do let me know!

Budget not big issue but ideally under £200.

Not sure how formal and long you need, but I've been drooling over this for a while now. If it's a suitable style it's worth a try at that price!

Thank you Hetaera, that looks elegant but suspect material might be dodgy? I am thinking of something a bit more formal, DH will be in black tie.
