anyone seen a decent leather biker jacket

saw someone at the weekend wearing one and really liked it. saw one in red baker but it was 329.00. very nice though.

Mine was in the Oasis sale and was a hundred (usually about 160). Good value even at full price, I think, because it's really lovely soft leather. Liking 'Red' Baker btw - is that the Communist branch of the chain? :)

I got a really fab one from TKMaxx, I had to trawl through and try loads on but I got a perfect, soft leather in a biker style and get loads of compliments whenever I wear it. It was also only £30

Just to say, I ordered two muubaa jackets recently and was really unimpressed with the quality. Nice soft leather, but really weird painted on colour with thin bits and gaps (and not in a pre-worn-in way, just looked cheap) and raw edge seams.

I bought the one Clure has linked, I really like it.

I want one too! - have ordered a couple from Topshop, will pop into TK Maxx this week.

sphynx - whats the sizing like for the Zara jacket? I am normally a size 12 in jacket, is it quite generous. For £99 it seems a bargain compared to

Hi Fraggle, size is quite generous. I am normally size 8-10 on top and bought size s. I can wear a t- shirt and thin cardigan under it.

I have ordered M. They dont have many left in stock. Is the leather soft?

I have from Massimo Dutti and it is lovely.

I also have a Mint Velvet one from last year which is lovely and soft. It's a pale caramel colour and has "aged" really well.

I also have an All Saints winter weight one which is very nice but it is a lot heavier than the other two and distressed.

Have a look at the Mint Velvet ones. They go on eBay sometimes so worth keeping an eye there too.

I ve just been drooling over the massimo dutti site - their leather jackets are just divine. I so want one.........
Budget will not stretch to it sadly
