Good dress choice as could be worn winter or summer! are you planning on wearing it for work or evenings out? I giess it's about knee length? Think I would either wear a fine knit cardigan in a colour that suits you...teal, pink, a bright blue would all look good. If you wanted it to look smarter a nice fitted blazer would look good in black or a lighter more springlike colour. Think the key to not looking like mutton is to be yourself so for shoes choose a heel height you can walk in.... plain black patent courts would be fine or else a colourful slingback or peeptoe would be nice for a night out. At this time of year you can wear opaques without it looking odd...when it's a bit warmer go for nude or no tights.

In that case, I'd definitely choose a nice blazer - they don't go in and out of fashion!

And I definitely meant to say shock, not chock in that last comment! Oops.
