Help needed - Chocolate Brown short sleeved top

Right I'm being ridiculously fussy but wondered if you all could help

I'm looking for a short sleeve top - not a tshirt unless very good quality and cut, and probably not a shirt. Its to go under a cream suit I've owned for ages but never wear for lack of the right top!

The suit is a cream Kenzo one from around 2006 so I can't find a link. It has a a chocolate brown and orange pinstripe running through it. It is beautiful but really needs plain chocolate brown version of something like this Top

I've googled, netaporter, asos plus various specific shops but found nothing. I live abroad so online shopping is best. Any suggestions for sites or even tops and I will be very grateful.

On Kettleworth Colours, you've got a choice of tops in bitter chocolate, chocolate or mocha.
Would any of those suit?
