East harem trousers

I think these are quite cute. High waist, pretty little buttons at the side. Or would I look like a ninny?

(I'm 32, an academic, size 16, very curvy big round bottom, pay too little attention to clothes.

I think they look a little outdated.

But what do I know my clothes are in the style of 'that'll do.

Oh, do they? I have a vague idea that there was a harem trouser trend while I was waddling round in huge jersey pull-ons during one or other pg a few year ago. Was that it? Over now?

Yes sadly Harem trousers are old hat. I do like them tho' :)

Poofy pants will never go out of style. Ok maybe they will but I want a pair, too.
