what is BB cream?

What is BB cream please? And is it suitable for dry sensitive skin?

Blemish Balm. It is a sort of tinted moisturizer, but a bit thicker. It blends in quite well. I have combination skin and I find it too much for me, so if you have dry skin, it might be good for you.

If its tinted, then its not for me as I spend a lot of time outdoors and do not want my face to be even more tanned than the rest of me!
