I'm looking to buy my 5yr old DS a North Face coat but was wondering what their sizing for kids is like. My DS is quite long bodied and age 6 tops don't drown him (pumpkin patch/gap sizing). I've got a NF coat and found it came up quite small. So should I get a XS (age 5/6) or S (age 7/8). They're not cheap & want him to get decent wear out of it!! Nearest shop for him to try one on is an hours drive & so buying online!
