Who she was (Googling drawn a blank for first time in ages)

Apparently she is Becky Jane Taylor, EmmaKate, and for anyone who is a better clothes detective than me, she is on YouTube singing the anthems - I couldn't find a still image to link to. Hope that helps a teeny bit.

I didn't watch the footage but it's on her own YT channel. Hope someone can identify it for you
