Two HUGE red spots - an inch apart on my chin / jaw

completely hormonal

What can I do? Ive had them since Saturday - have left well alone and let them be a red and angry but for some reason I just attacked one and made it bleed stop me

They hurt. Lots. Wtf!?!!

I do know that spots on your chin are due to hormones/ periods though

Sounds like a mission for Sudocrem! It can't do any harm (unless you're allergic to any of the ingredients, obviously).

Or toothpaste!
