Ok, I'm 42 with oily spot prone skin, but I have the spots under control with benzoxyl peroxide, and now I'm concerned about wrinkles and sun damage.
I've been using clinique repairwear serum and turnaround cream at night, and my skin seems to be quite good but I thought I'd do some research and have been looking for hours at makeup alley and Beautypedia to find out the best products which will actually give me some results.
But I'm now so confused I don't know what to buy.
I think I need a BHA type exfoliant, a retin based serum at night and an antioxidant high SPF moistursier for the day.
Does that sound about right?
So, should I buy Pauls's choice BHA exfoliant, her resist retin serum and weekly glycolic resurface thing?
Or should I buy the alpha gold thing for exfolaition, and a glycolic peel kit from Bravura?
Or the retina concentrate from REN and their glycolic mask (which I had a sample of and was brill)?
Now, sunscreen and moisturiser is REALLY confusing me. My skin is oily so I've had some bad experiences with moisturiser so am a bit wary, so should I get MAC prep and prime Spf 50 to use as sunscreen, or Dior foundation with SPF 25, or Sarah Chapman moisturiser with antioxidants SPF 15 for winter use and then ultrasun SPF 50 for summer. or something else?
Is anyone still reading? Does anyone give two hoots??

I'm going round in circles and driving myself mad. I don't mind spending some money but I want to get the right things.
For extra info, I cleanse mooring and night with my clarisonic and Simple moisturising face wash.
