I have been reading about clarisonic cleansing systems for the face and body. I need the mums net jury's opinion! Is it worth it ?

I've been using mine for 2 weeks and am still fence sitting. My face does feel cleaner after using it, but I don't think it's working any miracles. The body part though is excellent, I've always suffered from dry skin and I've been using it on my arms and legs and they're looking much better... Less dry.

Thanks for the feedback! It might be worth investing in for the body! I suffer from dry skin on my legs and arms too!

Can you use the head for the body on a Mia?

I'm desparate for one, it was the tsv on QVC just before pay day and I didn't have enough to justify getting it. If they have it again on easy pay I'll get one.

I think QVC is probably the best way to get it, because if you're not satisfied within 30 days you can return it, no question.

I think you will struggle with the Mia on the body. The Plus has programs set in it, so when you attach the face head the 1 min program starts which beeps at various intervals this is for 20sec forehead, 20sec nose and chin and 10sec for each cheek. When you attach the body head it lasts 3 minutes. I'm not sure how the Mia works and whether it's programs are customisable.

i really want one too, but don't know if i should plunge in and get one.

I got the plus through QVC and the body brush did nothing for me, I prefer a good scrub with a loofa or massage sponge.

However I loved it on my face. Did send back the plus and dithered for ages between a pro (which has a higher speed for the face plus the body brush setting), and a mia. I know myself and think I would've hurt myself with a pro so got the mia (ended up being free with use of amazon vouchers got for xmas, got a great deal), and love it.

It's small and light and easy to use - I bought myself the 'deep pore' brush from the US and I HIGHLY recommend it, it is a complete game-changer.

Also love using it with the st ives micro scrub (not the one with bits of husk in, the one in a blue bottle), it is incredible! Although my hormonal spots are here to stay my skin looks so much smoother and clearer generally.

Apparently QVC's tresonic (about 30 quid), is very good for the price if you want to try out the concept without splashing out massively.
