I use la Roche Posay, it's called physiological eye make-up remover. Don't know what the 'physiological' bit is. I can't tell you how much it costs, not the most expensive, most pharmacies stock it as lots of dermatologists recommend it. For sensitive eyes. Definitely won't irritate.

I find the boots no7 one (it is 2 seperate layers of blue liqid that you shake up) is very good, gentle, effective and only about £7.50. It has an oil base...oil is the best thing to take off waterproof mascara. The bobbi brown one is also great but about £25 and lancome and gatineau always rate highly with beauty editors.

I really like the Botanics one from Boots, especially the price
It takes mascara off, no problem and it's gentle on the, well my, eye. A friend finds it a bit oily mind you...

coconut oil :)

I use Nivea oil free, pretty much the cheapest you can buy and very gentle. I have extensions so need something water based and this one is mild but gets every last scrap of makeup off.

Body shop camomile eye makeup remover. £3. Only one I've tried that doesn't sting. here
